Optional configuration: Energy balance system
The closure status of energy balance is an important reference indicator for evaluating flux observation data, and all ground air exchange modes are based on the basic principles of energy and material balance. The available energy near the ground, i.e. the difference between net radiation (Rn) and soil heat flux (G) (sometimes considering vegetation canopy heat storage S, etc.), should be proportional to the allocated sensible heat flux (H) and latent heat flux(The sum of λ E, where E represents evapotranspiration and λ represents latent heat of vaporization, is equal.
The indicators required for energy balance measurement can be perfectly combined with the eddy covariance system, and all data collection is completed by the same data acquisition unit, ensuring the integrity of the system and the synchronization of all data, greatly facilitating the subsequent data processing process.
